$The purpose of centering prayer is not to experience peace, but to clear the unconscious obstacles to the permanent abiding state of union with God. Centering prayer is not so much an exercise of attention as intention. Our intention is to be present to God’s presence and actions in our lives. Resting in the Stillness where the Saints once Walked.

This workshop invites participants into a slow reflective pilgrimage of the heart, drawing on the Wisdom of Celtic Spirituality and the gentle presence of the saints who shaped its landscape. It blends contemplative practice , music, embodied exploration, storytelling and connection with the natural world.
