 m of stillness\, reflection\, and gentle movement. Rooted in the ancient Ch
 ristian Ashram tradition\, this weekend retreat offers space to deepen your
  communion with the Divine through meditation\, yoga\, silence\, nature and

 t is fully guided as Jane leads participants in the practice of the asanas 
 (gentle Hatha Yoga and other practices such as Deep Relaxation)\; contempla
